21-year-old Jaheim Johnson, 23-year-old Arcadius Jackson arrested for shooting teen

At 2:10 on the morning of May 13, Alexandria Police Department personnel arrived at the Bayview Yacht Club, in the 1300 block of Windsor Street. They found a 17-year-old gunshot victim at the scene who had been struck multiple times. Miraculously, the teenager managed to suffer non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

The aftermath of this incident is going to seemingly linger for a little while longer, as it sounds like authorities are prepared to apprehend multiple individuals in connection with the crime. Two young men have already been arrested.

21-year-old Jaheim Johnson was booked for illegal use of a weapon or dangerous instrumentalities. 23-year-old Arcadius Jackson was arrested for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of CDS 1.

There’s going to be more to the story though, as police personnel retrieved five weapons in connection with this event. It’s unclear as to how many more parties were involved, and whether they will receive charges similar to what Johnson and Jackson have been levied.

Not much is known about the identity of the teenager who was shot, or whether the alleged perpetrators had a pre-existing relationship with the minor. It will be interesting to see what other details are revealed, as there appear to be a lot of potential parties involved in the injury of one teen.
